Job Summary
Baker Donelson, a leading law firm with a national presence, is seeking a Recruiting Specialist to manage the firm's law student recruiting program across all its office locations. This role is crucial in delivering well-coordinated, high-quality recruiting operations firmwide, working closely with the Chief Growth Officer and the Director of Associate Recruiting and Engagement.
Applicants will be considered from any location where the Firm has a physical office.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate direct application and on-campus interview programs, including callbacks and outcome tracking.
- Manage law student and Summer Associate recruiting data in FloRecruit.
- Support planning and execution of the Summer Associate Program, onboarding, training, and events.
- Prepare recruiting communications, reports, and firmwide recruiting statistics.
- Maintain recruiting budgets, law school relationships, surveys, and recruiting materials.
- Assist with diversity recruiting initiatives, including the Diversity Scholarship and LCLD 1L Scholars programs.
- Partner with recruiting leadership on special projects and program improvements.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional, clear communicator with a collaborative mindset.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and recruiting systems.
- Experience in legal or professional services recruiting is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
The annual salary for this Recruiting Specialist position ranges from $60,000 to $75,000, determined by experience, skills, geographic location, and other job-related factors. Working Conditions
This position operates in a normal office environment with minimal exposure to adverse conditions. Occasional travel will be required. Candidates must have minimum authorization to work in the United States.
