Overview

Baker Donelson is seeking an Experienced Litigation Paralegal to support trial counsel from investigation through trial. The role demands strong independent work skills and proficiency with complex litigation documents and document review platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft correspondence, pleadings, discovery materials, and related documents.
• Conduct thorough factual investigations and legal research.
• Assist attorneys in depositions, mediations, hearings, arbitrations, and trials.
• Manage electronic and paper filing in state and federal courts.
• Maintain organization of multiple projects and record billable hours accurately.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program.
• Minimum five years of litigation experience.
• Proficiency in Relativity or similar document review platforms.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams, Asana, and other productivity tools.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
