Job Overview
Baker Donelson is seeking an Experienced Litigation Paralegal who can work from any office location. The role offers remote flexibility with occasional travel for training, trial preparation, and in-person events.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support to trial counsel through all litigation stages.
- Draft correspondence, pleadings, discovery materials, and other litigation documents.
- Conduct factual investigations and assist in depositions, mediations, arbitrations, hearings, and trials.
- Manage, organize, and review complex litigation documents using Relativity or similar platforms.
- Perform electronic and paper filing in state and federal courts following relevant rules.
Qualifications
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and/or a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program, with at least five years of litigation experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Asana, and other productivity tools is preferred. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential along with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Additional Information
Willingness to work overtime and travel for trials is required. Must have valid work authorization in the United States. Salary range for NJ, MD, and Washington, D.C. applicants is $85,000 - $97,500.
