Job Description
Senior Business Analyst - Bajaj Finserv
Bajaj Finserv is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with solution design capabilities to join their Lease and Mobility Technology Unit at the Pune Corporate Office. This role is crucial for coordinating requirements, designing solutions, ensuring governance, and tracking initiatives within agile and hybrid delivery models. You will serve as a central point of contact for project status, reporting, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct requirement discussions and documentation with stakeholders.
- Develop and document solution designs.
- Support the end-to-end project lifecycle in collaboration with engineering, QA, DevOps, and product teams.
- Assist with project planning, sprint tracking, and milestone monitoring using Agile/Hybrid methodologies.
- Maintain essential project documentation, including charters, timelines, and performance metrics.
- Generate weekly/monthly dashboards and MIS reports for senior technology and business stakeholders.
- Track resource utilization, capacity planning, and project onboarding/offboarding.
- Coordinate project governance processes, including status reviews, change requests, and audit readiness.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Tech Leads for timely updates and delivery health tracking.
- Identify and manage project risks and dependencies, ensuring mitigation and resolution.

Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Knowledge of Salesforce CRM is required.
- Work Experience: 4-5 years of experience in a PMO role within a technology or IT organization. Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile, and Scrum practices. Hands-on experience with project management tools. Strong organizational and time management skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
