Job Purpose
This position is open with Bajaj Finserv. The role centers around supporting field operations, troubleshooting systems, ensuring governance adherence, meeting target turnaround times (TAT), and liaising with internal teams. Duties and Responsibilities
- Support field operations by troubleshooting system issues.
- Ensure adherence to governance and meeting target TAT.
- Manage monthly hold clearance processes.
- Analyze processes and share best practices with the team.
- Coordinate with Sales to process files within desired TAT.
- Communicate process changes to stakeholders timely.
- Liaise with Operations, Risk, and Banking teams to cover process gaps.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Candidates should have experience in supporting field operations, troubleshooting, and process analysis. Familiarity with governance and internal coordination is key.
