About the Role: Assistant Manager, Debt Management Services
The Assistant Manager, Debt Management Services at Bajaj Finserv will be based in Bengaluru - Residency Road. This role is crucial for achieving Debt Management Services targets for the assigned branch, focusing on meeting PI (Performance Indicator) targets. A significant part of the responsibility involves continuous monitoring of Debt Management Services agencies and in-house collectors to prevent fraudulent practices and mitigate losses.
Key responsibilities include:
- Achieve collections target by actively engaging with customers and agencies.
- Monitor performance against established parameters and provide consistent updates.
- Ensure strict adherence to legal guidelines during product repossession processes.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Generate and submit regular reports detailing collection activities and performance metrics.
- Promptly and effectively handle escalations to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Manage Daily Risk Report (DRR) on a daily basis.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance collection rates.
- Track cases individually to ensure effective resolution.
- Achieve resolution as per Annual Operating Plan (AOP) within agreed timelines.
- Manage portfolio effectively to optimize debt recovery.
- Implement robust debt collection strategies.
- Work towards achieving set targets consistently.
- Ensure full compliance with all relevant regulatory guidelines.
- Conduct thorough reporting and analysis of collection data.
- Implement effective risk management practices within the collections framework.
- Provide team leadership and guidance to collectors.
- Manage vendor relationships and performance.
- Coordinate seamlessly with both internal and external clients to facilitate collections.
