Assistant Manager BFS Direct
Bajaj Finance Limited is seeking an Assistant Manager for their BFS Direct team in Bengaluru. This role is crucial for enhancing business profitability by effectively managing the delinquent portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve desired collection efficiencies across managed products.
- Ensure adequate collection intensity and follow-up for all delinquent accounts.
- Meet monthly targets for Cost of Collections and PI.
- Continuously review portfolio, reporting early/potential stress accounts.
- Properly document all collection activities in Collection Trails.
- Adhere to all collection processes and risk governance mandates.
- Liaise with legal/law enforcement for speedy recovery.
- Provide feedback on collections strategies.
- Ensure optimal resource utilization (visits, contacts, PTP conversion, settlements).
- Maintain zero delay in cash TAT and MIS.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Graduate in any specialization.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
