Technical Director at BairesDev

In this Technical Director role, you will bridge the gap between client needs and BairesDev's solutions. You will engage with leads, design tailored technical solutions, and collaborate with sales and delivery teams to secure new business opportunities.

What You'll Do

  • Meet with leads and prospects to understand and document requirements.
  • Travel to meet leads and support the sales team as a technical expert.
  • Engage in technical conversations to determine optimal software delivery solutions.
  • Collaborate with presales to generate proposals, estimates, and team compositions.
  • Provide consulting on software delivery best practices in areas like Data, Analytics, Cloud, Engineering, or AI.

Requirements

  • Ability to travel +40% within the US.
  • 8+ years in SDLC with team-based software building.
  • 5+ years in solutioning/sales/presales roles; Director level desirable.
  • 5+ years expertise in one specific SDLC area (language, framework, or technology).
  • Experience leading software development or engineering teams.
  • Subject Matter Expert in one or two verticals with deep domain experience.
  • Experience with Cloud, DevOps, and Infrastructure.
  • Must be located in the US.
