This part-time, contract role is tailored for those with real-world frontend engineering experience. You will produce 1 to 2 long-form blog articles per month that resonate with engineering audiences by providing clear trade-offs, practical implementation details, and technically accurate guidance.

What You'll Do

• Deliver 2 to 3 long-form frontend engineering articles per month (1,500 to 2,500 words each).
• Produce structured, scannable articles that explain technical decisions and trade-offs.
• Revise drafts based on editorial feedback while maintaining technical integrity.

What We Are Looking For

• Hands-on frontend engineering background, past or present.
• Proven ability to write long-form technical content for an engineering audience.
• Strong JavaScript and TypeScript experience with modern frameworks like React, Vue, Angular, Svelte, or Next.
• Efficient research skills with a commitment to technical accuracy.

Must-haves

• Portfolio showcasing published frontend engineering content.
• Solid fundamentals in JavaScript and TypeScript with production experience in at least one modern framework ecosystem.
• Depth in 2 to 3 frontend domains, such as architecture, performance, testing, design systems, accessibility, security basics, or build tooling.
