Role Overview - Talent Acquisition Associate

In the Talent Acquisition Associate role, you will manage complete recruitment processes. You will evaluate candidates, conduct comprehensive interviews, and build lasting relationships with potential hires. Your exceptional interpersonal skills and attention to detail will support a seamless hiring process.

What You Will Do

  • Evaluate candidates' online profiles to assess suitability.
  • Manage outreach via phone, Zoom, LinkedIn, and email.
  • Conduct thorough interviews to assess qualifications and logical reasoning.
  • Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle with precise documentation.
  • Build and maintain engaging candidate relationships.

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum 4 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical proficiency with recruitment platforms and ATS.
  • Ability to build rapport with candidates from diverse backgrounds.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Must be based in India with advanced English proficiency.
