The Role: Social Media Specialist, B2B at BairesDev
We are looking for a Social Media Specialist, B2B to support and execute our B2B social media strategy, with a primary focus on LinkedIn organic social media. This role is crucial for driving qualified leads and contributing significantly to business development. You will be actively involved in B2B social media marketing, specifically on LinkedIn, creating engaging content that resonates with business audiences and supports measurable results.
What You'll Do
- Help design and execute B2B LinkedIn strategies focused on lead generation and brand awareness.
- Work with brand, SEO, and content teams to align messaging.
- Support automation flows and social selling initiatives.
- Analyze performance data to help optimize content and campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with and support social media team members.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience in social media roles with strong LinkedIn knowledge.
- Background in B2B or tech social media.
- Experience with social media strategy development.
- Degree in marketing, communications, business or related field preferred.
- Knowledge of using LinkedIn as a B2B growth channel.
- Experience with social selling strategies.
- Good copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging copy for business audiences.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms.
