BairesDev is actively seeking a Social Media Specialist to bolster and implement our B2B social media strategy, with a primary emphasis on organic LinkedIn engagement. This pivotal role aims to generate qualified leads and drive business development. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in B2B social media marketing, particularly LinkedIn, and be adept at crafting content that resonates with business audiences and delivers measurable results.
What You'll Do
- Help design and execute B2B LinkedIn strategies focused on lead generation and brand awareness.
- Work with brand, SEO, and content teams to align messaging.
- Support automation flows and social selling initiatives.
- Analyze performance data to help optimize content and campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with and support social media team members.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in social media roles with LinkedIn knowledge.
- Background in B2B or tech social media.
- Experience with social media strategy development.
- Degree in marketing, communications, business or related field preferred.
- Knowledge of using LinkedIn as a B2B growth channel.
- Experience with social selling strategies.
- Good copywriting skills with ability to create engaging copy for business audiences.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms.
