Role Overview: Social Media Manager

Join BairesDev as a Social Media Manager focusing on B2B strategies, particularly on LinkedIn, to generate qualified leads and boost revenue. Work closely with brand, SEO, and content teams to create compelling content and drive measurable results.

What You Will Do

  • Design and execute LinkedIn strategies for lead generation and brand influence
  • Collaborate with brand, SEO, and content teams to amplify messaging
  • Create and manage automation flows and social selling initiatives
  • Analyze performance data and optimize campaigns
  • Mentor and coordinate with a junior social media team member

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years in social media with strong LinkedIn expertise
  • 2+ years in B2B or tech social media roles
  • 1+ year leading social media strategy
  • Degree in marketing, communications, business or similar
  • Proven experience using LinkedIn as a B2B growth channel
  • Expertise in designing social selling strategies
  • Strong copywriting skills for business audiences
  • Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini
