Social Media Manager Role
The Social Media Manager at BairesDev will lead and execute the B2B social media strategy, primarily focusing on LinkedIn to generate qualified leads and boost revenue. The role requires expertise in organic LinkedIn marketing, content creation, and strategic campaign management.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute B2B LinkedIn strategies for lead generation and brand influence.
- Collaborate with brand, SEO, and content teams for cohesive messaging.
- Create and manage automation flows and social selling initiatives.
- Analyze performance data to optimize content and campaigns.
- Mentor a junior social media team member.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in social media roles with a focus on LinkedIn.
