Senior Project Manager at BairesDev

This role is for an experienced and dynamic Senior Project Manager to manage medium to large Staff Augmentation projects. You will lead multi-disciplinary, highly skilled engineering teams to deliver products and transformations efficiently and effectively.
What You’ll Do
- Plan and monitor project results while coaching and advising team members.
- Coordinate and enforce company systems, policies, and procedures.
- Foster a reliable work environment to retain staff and promote growth.
- Analyze billable utilization, plan capacity and forecast profitability.
- Achieve financial objectives through forecast, scheduling, and variance analysis.
- Identify farming opportunities within existing clients to deliver value.
- Support strategic plans for implementing new technologies.
Here’s What We Are Looking For
- 4+ years of experience as a Software Project Manager.
- Extensive IT industry expertise with strong Agile methodology background.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams.
- Good written and spoken English for global communication.
- Experience as a Software Engineer is a plus.
