Role Overview: Senior Project Manager

As a Senior Project Manager, you will manage medium to large Staff Augmentation projects and lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams to ensure efficient and effective project execution.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan and monitor project outcomes while providing coaching and discipline.
  • Enforce company systems, policies, and procedures for quality control.
  • Retain staff by fostering communication and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Analyze billable utilization, capacity planning, and forecast profitability.
  • Achieve financial objectives by managing expenditures and corrective actions.
  • Identify client farming opportunities and deliver stakeholder value.
  • Support strategic plans for technology implementation and organizational efficiency.

What We Are Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience as a Software Project Manager.
  • Extensive IT industry background with Agile methodologies expertise.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Strong leadership, communication skills, and team motivation abilities.
  • Good English proficiency; prior Software Engineering experience is a plus.
