As a Senior ABM Specialist at BairesDev, you will lead our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and demand generation efforts, crucial for fueling our commercial growth. This role involves planning and executing strategic campaigns for high-value accounts, working closely with the Sales team to accelerate opportunities and expand client relationships. It's an ideal position for a marketer who thrives on measurable impact and wants to see their campaigns directly influence revenue.
What You'll Do:
- Develop integrated ABM and demand-gen campaigns that target high-value enterprise and tech accounts.
- Partner with Sales and SDR teams to identify and prioritize target accounts and buyer personas.
- Execute multi-channel campaigns across digital, events, and direct outreach to drive engagement and pipeline.
- Measure campaign performance and optimize tactics to maximize ROI and conversion rates.
- Align marketing and commercial teams to ensure seamless handoff of qualified opportunities.
What We Are Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in Account-Based Marketing.
- 2+ years of experience in a B2B company.
- 2+ years of experience in Email Marketing.
- Advanced level of English.
