About the Role

The Regional CTO role is a dual-role that combines technology oversight with customer engagement. You will lead the design and delivery of technology projects, acting as a thought leader and bridging the gap between business problems and technology solutions.

What You'll Do

• Oversee technology development and dissemination for clients and vendors.
• Maintain a consumer-focused outlook in project delivery.
• Develop policies, guidelines and procedures to enhance external offerings.
• Shape clients' technical strategy in alignment with business goals.
• Manage technology budgets and recommend strategic investments.
• Act as a thought leader internally and during client engagements.
• Present tailored technology solutions to critical accounts.
• Drive company strategy through market insights and technical perspectives.

What We Are Looking For

• Over 10 years in a technological role with CTO or similar leadership experience.
• Experience in the IT/nearshoring industry within the last 10 years.
