Role Overview
As the Regional CTO, you will be the visionary leader responsible for guiding technology strategies and solutions for our external customers. This dual-role bridges technical oversight with customer engagement, ensuring that technology solutions align with business goals and remain competitive in an evolving landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee technology development for external customers, vendors, and clients.
- Maintain a customer-focused approach while delivering projects and services.
- Develop policies and technical strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage technology budgets and recommend strategic investments.
- Act as a thought leader internally and in client engagements.
- Present customized technology solutions to critical accounts.
- Drive company strategy with market insights and technical expertise.
Required Experience
- 10+ years in a technological role with CTO or similar leadership experience.
- Experience in the IT/nearshoring industry within the last 10 years.
