Regional CTO Role Overview
As the Regional CTO at BairesDev, you will provide strategic leadership and technological oversight to develop technology solutions for external customers. You will bridge the gap between business challenges and innovative technical solutions, working closely with Sales, Delivery, and Account Management teams to present tailored solutions and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee technology development for external customers and vendors.
- Maintain a consumer-focused approach in project delivery.
- Develop policies, procedures, and technical strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage technology budgets and recommend strategic investments.
- Act as a thought leader for internal strategy and external client engagements.
- Present tailored technology solutions to critical accounts.
- Drive company strategy using market insights and technological trends.
Qualifications
Minimum 10+ years in a technological role with proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role. Prior experience in the IT/nearshoring industry is required (recent or within the last 10 years).
