What You Will Do:
- Execute the staffing strategy for the company's openings.
- Obtain accurate information related to the profile and assignment of required openings.
- Collaborate with the recruiting department to identify candidates for various openings.
- Present candidates to various clients and leads.
- Collaborate with Operations and Client Services to identify farming possibilities in different accounts.
- Propose improvements to the staffing and recruiting processes.
