About the Presales Analyst Role
As a Presales Analyst at BairesDev, you will support the creation of proposals, RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs for software development and IT services engagements. This hands-on role demands strong English writing skills, analytical abilities, and an understanding of software development project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Support proposal and RFx response creation for IT engagements
- Synthesize inputs from technical, delivery, and commercial teams into structured narratives
- Write and refine summaries, delivery approaches, and value propositions
- Ensure responses are technically sound and well-positioned
- Coordinate proposal schedules and stakeholder reviews
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Delivery teams, and Sales
- Maintain proposal content including case studies and templates
- Create presentation materials and sales collateral
- Improve proposal processes and content libraries
Requirements
- Experience in IT services, consulting, or professional services
- Proven track record in writing proposals and RFP responses
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Agile frameworks
- Familiarity with engagement models and pricing structures
- Proficiency with Google Workspace; Jira, Confluence, and Slack a plus
- Strong English writing and communication skills
