Role Overview: Presales Analyst
In this role, you will support the creation of proposals and responses to RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs for software development and IT services engagements. You will collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and Technical teams to craft client-ready, compelling content. Your expertise in English writing, analytical skills, and understanding of software development delivery frameworks will be key.
What You'll Do
- Support proposal and RFx response creation for IT engagements.
- Integrate inputs from technical, delivery, and commercial teams.
- Write summaries, delivery approaches, and value propositions.
- Coordinate schedules and stakeholder reviews to meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Sales, and Delivery teams.
- Develop and maintain proposal content and collateral.
- Create presentation materials to support client discussions.
- Contribute to process and content library improvements.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience in IT services, consulting, or professional services proposal development.
- Proven ability to write structured proposals for software/IT projects.
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with engagement models, project phases and pricing structures.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace; bonus for experience with Jira, Confluence, and Slack.
- Strong English writing and communication skills.
