In this role, you'll lead the Client Services Governance team by ensuring consistent execution, compliance, and continuous improvement, enabling early risk detection and ensuring process compliance.

What You'll Do:

• Lead Client Services Governance audits across the post-sales lifecycle, ensuring adherence to defined processes, standards, and best practices.
• Monitor and analyze client-related risks and signals including calls, meetings, follow-ups, and process deviations to proactively surface issues before escalation.
• Partner with Client Services and Delivery leadership to align governance findings with business priorities and drive corrective actions.
• Design, improve, and document governance processes to ensure clarity, scalability, and operational consistency across accounts.
• Leverage data and automation tools such as dashboards, AI audits, and reporting to increase efficiency, accuracy, and impact of governance activities.

What we are looking for:

• 1+ year of experience leading teams.
• 4+ years of experience with audits, quality, and processes.
• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
