Manual QA Engineer, Research & Development at BairesDev

About the Role
We are seeking excellent Manual QAs to join BairesDev's Research and Development (R&D) team. Our R&D team is an essential part of our technology solutions that drive millions in revenue each year, which is why we only hire the best of the best. Within the team, you will find many different challenges: Data analysis, Machine Learning, Desktop, and Web developments are some of the most relevant right now, but to drive innovation, you will notice new things emerging every day! The R&D area is undoubtedly the most exciting and challenging in the entire company. Key Responsibilities
- Analyze end-user requirements to define and document test plans.
- Execute test cases, debug, detect errors and/or potential improvements, document them, and track their resolution.
- Generate reports on test results and detected errors.
- Define priorities and plan system requirement tests.
- Document system functionalities.
- Represent the end-user to developers to ensure requirements are met.
- Identify and propose improvements in both the quality control process and the software development lifecycle.
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in Web product testing.
- Solid knowledge of testing tools.
- Development of test plans: creation of test cases and debugging.
- Additional knowledge in Web technologies.
- Extensive knowledge of Unix and Linux environments.
- Advanced English level.
