The Opportunity: IT Recruiter at BairesDev

This role involves conducting interviews, deeply understanding candidate profiles, and engaging top talent to participate in our dynamic growth. What You'll Do
- Review candidates' online information to assess general fit and potential alignment with BairesDev values.
- Proactively contact candidates via phone, Zoom, LinkedIn, or email to validate interest and motivate participation.
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess qualifications, experience, interests, commitment, and critical thinking skills.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring all system records are accurately updated and maintained.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruiting processes.
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills, essential for building rapport.
- Proficiency in utilizing various recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Ability to effectively build rapport and engage candidates from diverse professional backgrounds.
- Exceptional attention to detail and robust organizational skills.
- Mandatory: Proven experience in IT recruiting.
- Must be located in India.
- Advanced level of English, both written and spoken.
