About the IT Recruiter Role

Job Responsibilities
The IT Recruiter is a strategic link between Client Services/Sales and Talent Acquisition. Key responsibilities include:
- Analyzing, selecting, and presenting pre-vetted candidates.
- Managing the end-to-end vetting process to fill IT openings.
- Reviewing candidate pipelines following specific guidelines.
- Writing summaries and editing resumes effectively.
- Communicating with Clients, Client Services, and Sales teams.
What We Are Looking For
Ideal candidates should have solid experience in IT recruiting and technical talent acquisition. Qualifications include:
- Proven IT recruiting and technical talent experience.
- High adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and candidate presentation skills.
- Advanced level of English.
- Technical background or IT industry knowledge is a plus.
