The Role: IT Recruiter at BairesDev

We are looking for an IT Recruiter who will be in charge of the end-to-end recruitment process. This role involves conducting interviews, understanding candidate profiles, and engaging them in our process. We seek someone with excellent soft skills, a genuine interest in interacting with candidates, and strong attention to detail.

What You'll Do:

  • Review candidates' online information to assess their general fit.
  • Contact candidates via phone calls, Zoom, LinkedIn, or mail to validate interest and motivate participation.
  • Interview candidates to assess qualifications, experience, interests, commitment, logic, and common sense.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring system records are updated.

What We Are Looking For:

  • 4+ years of experience in end-to-end recruiting processes.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Ability to build rapport with candidates from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Mandatory: IT recruiting experience.
  • Must be located in India.
  • Advanced level of English.
