BDev Ventures, a global venture capital firm backed by the founders of BairesDev, invests in high-growth B2B software companies across US and LATAM. Acting as a minority investor with checks up to 3 million USD, they provide financial backing, strategic guidance, and operational support.

Role Overview

As an Investment Associate at Investment Associate, you will source promising startups, build initial relationships, and coordinate with leadership to explore investment opportunities. You will represent BDev Ventures in the startup ecosystem and prepare financial reviews and reports.

What You Will Do

  • Source startups that align with investment criteria.
  • Establish and develop relationships with startup founders.
  • Present opportunities to senior leadership.
  • Engage with stakeholders using exceptional communication skills.
  • Create and maintain financial reviews and reports.
