Hiring Journey Analyst at BairesDev
As a Hiring Journey Specialist, you'll provide the best hiring experience for candidates while ensuring a fast and accurate process to meet client needs and deadlines. You'll be the main focal point for all communications between BairesDev and the candidates in your pipeline, responsible for advancing them within the recruiting process for both internal and external client openings, including tech and non-tech profiles. What You'll Do:
- Communicate with candidates, following up on their process and ensuring their commitment with our process, acting as a point of contact and building influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
- Keep detailed records of past applicants' information, including resumes, assignments, and interview evaluations.
- Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
- Prepare candidates before interviews with clients, coordinate interviews and coding challenges with candidates, and participate in client interviews as the nexus between the candidate and the client.
- Schedule interviews, coding challenges, tests, and assessments while maintaining candidates' interest and engagement.
- Collect and precisely communicate the complete experience and information of a high volume of potential fits for our openings so that our Staffing team can allocate those resources in the best way possible.
