We are looking for an AI-augmented copywriter to help us drive more revenue from email-driven campaigns at BairesDev. You will team up with growth marketers and engineers to not only create copy but also AI-powered systems that allow you to scale beyond what you can write. In this role, you'll work with world-class marketers to develop innovative and proprietary AI systems that drive business growth, enjoy plenty of growth opportunities in a flexible, remote-first, fast-paced environment, and collaborate with diverse, growth-minded teammates from all over the world.
What You'll Do:
- Write copy and design AI prompts for conversion-focused emails, SMS, LinkedIn messages, and other supporting channels.
- Propose new experiments and improvements to existing assets and strategy.
- Collaborate on other AI solutions such as n8n and Make to scale outreach.
- Occasionally work with cross-functional teams to create other types of short and long-form conversion-driven assets including ads, landing pages, and webpages.
What we are looking for:
- 1-3+ years working for North American-based tech companies.
- 1+ year of marketing agency or in-house copywriting experience.
- Software background or knowledge, or has worked with software services or products.
- Experience in email marketing and conversion-focused copywriting.
- Intermediate prompt engineering skills.
- Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and similar platforms.
Nice to have:
- 5+ years of working for US-based B2B tech companies.
- Experience working for a software development, software outsourcing, or management consulting company.
- Sales experience.
- B2B Lead Generation experience.
- Advanced prompt engineering skills.
