About the CRM Analyst - Reactivations Role
This position is part of the Reactivations team that influences over $50M/year in revenue. The role requires expertise in CRM, B2B Marketing, and strong quantitative skills with SQL being a big plus. You will engage in high-visibility, revenue-generating campaigns that contribute directly to the company’s success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage existing triggers and campaigns to maximize revenue.
- Launch experiments to test new revenue-generating tactics such as audience segmentation and messaging.
- Analyze campaign performance daily, weekly, and monthly to identify improvement areas.
- Research and implement best practices to optimize campaign results.
- QA emails and campaigns to ensure error-free launches.
- Coordinate projects and timelines across teams.
- Investigate issues, identify root causes, and propose actionable solutions.
- Pioneer new initiatives including integration of AI tools.
What We Are Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience in CRM or Lifecycle Marketing.
- At least 2 years of B2B experience.
- At least 2 years of Email Marketing experience.
- Experience with US companies is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
