BairesDev is seeking a CRM Analyst to join their dynamic remote team. This role focuses on managing and optimizing marketing campaigns to drive revenue generation. You will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects with global clients, including tech giants and innovative startups.

What You'll Do:

• Manage triggers and campaigns to maximize revenue generation.
• Launch experiments to test new tactics.
• Analyze campaign performance to provide insights.
• Research and share best practices to improve campaign performance.
• QA emails and campaigns to ensure error-free launches.
• Coordinate across teams managing projects and priorities.
• Investigate issues and propose solutions.
• Navigate new initiatives and technologies.

What we are looking for:

• Experience in CRM or Lifecycle Marketing.
• B2B experience.
• Email Marketing experience.
• Advanced level of English.
