Client Success Representative at BairesDev

This role offers a unique opportunity to build lasting client relationships, drive retention, and directly impact business growth. You will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of small to mid-sized clients, ensuring their satisfaction and proactively identifying potential risks.
What You'll Do:
- Own day-to-day client interactions and check-ins at 30/60/90 days.
- Monitor client satisfaction and escalate risks as needed.
- Track key updates and maintain internal records.
- Support internal coordination with Delivery and other teams.
- Contribute to client retention and referrals.
What we are looking for:
- 4+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, preferably in software outsourcing or recruiting services.
- Familiarity with Software Development roles.
- Availability to travel 20% of the time.
