Client Success Representative at BairesDev

Client Success Representative Role Overview
In this role, you'll be the main point of contact for a portfolio of small and mid-sized clients—around 40 to 45 accounts, each with roughly 40 to 80 employees. Your focus will be on ensuring their satisfaction, maintaining stable relationships, and identifying any risks early on to prevent potential issues. This is your opportunity to build lasting client relationships, drive retention, and directly impact business growth through proactive engagement and strategic account management.
What You'll Do:
- Own day-to-day client interactions and check-ins at 30/60/90 days.
- Monitor satisfaction and escalate risks as needed.
- Track key updates and maintain internal records.
- Support internal coordination with Delivery and other teams.
- Contribute to client retention and referrals.
What we are looking for:
- 4+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, preferably in software outsourcing or recruiting services.
- Familiarity with Software Development roles.
- Availability to travel 20% of the time.
