About the Account Manager Role at BairesDev

We are actively seeking a talented Account Manager based in Texas to cultivate strong, long-term client relationships and deeply understand their business needs. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in driving growth initiatives, expertly managing key client accounts, and proactively identifying new business opportunities to expand our reach and impact.

What You'll Do

  • Build enduring relationships with clients and effectively present BairesDev to potential clients.
  • Develop comprehensive Account Plans and consistently report on growth results.
  • Conduct thorough market research to pinpoint new opportunities and assess customer requirements.
  • Proactively pursue new business avenues through client referrals and strategic networking.
  • Generate new business leads to significantly increase revenue, negotiate effectively, and close deals.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to achieve superior results and client satisfaction.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience in sales or client management roles within the IT/Tech Industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in customer relationship management, including successfully closing deals and nurturing client relationships.
  • Must be based in Texas.
