Who You'll Work With
You will join the Product, Practice and Knowledge (PPK) group, specifically within the Strategy & Transformation Practice. Bain has developed industry and capability areas, known as "Practices," over the last two decades, which are essential to how Bain secures business and achieves client results. A Practice functions as a business unit within Bain, primarily responsible for driving commercial growth, enhancing Bain's expertise, and fostering continuous innovation to ensure Bain is optimally positioned to address clients' most pressing challenges. What You'll Do
Your core responsibilities will encompass:

- Mentor a team of product managers responsible for individual innovations and cultivate a high-performance culture.
- Define and execute quarterly objectives and key results (OKRs), consistently measuring and reporting progress. Directly manage the product backlog, positioning, budgeting, pricing, and go-to-market strategy.
- Delivery and Execution:
- Drive AI/tech innovation throughout the product lifecycle:
- Ideate and discover with internal stakeholders, potential clients, and users.

- Make informed build/buy/partner decisions.
- Deliver offerings that clients value and that distinguish Bain in the market.
