Overview

The Enterprise Technology Summer Associate role at Bain & Company is designed for MBA or advanced degree candidates passionate about technology. You will join Bain’s Enterprise Technology (ET) Practice, a key component of the Digital Delivery Platform, Vector™, where you help clients unlock full business potential from their technology resources.

Who You’ll Work With

You will work alongside full-time consultants, knowledge experts, and Bain leaders serving Fortune 500 companies, midsize firms, non-profits, and start-ups. Collaborate on projects ranging from digital transformations to cloud and data analytics to agile operating model transformations.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with case teams to solve complex business challenges.
  • Develop technology strategies, architectures and transformation plans.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and integrate them into client solutions.
  • Present insights and recommendations to Bain Partners and clients.
  • Collaborate on cost transformation, migration strategies, and M&A technology integration.

Internship Program & Career Growth

The internship starts with intensive training in core consulting skills. In addition to working on impactful projects, you have the opportunity to secure a full-time offer as an ET-affiliated consultant upon completing your studies.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing an MBA or advanced degree from a top-tier institution.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Team player with independent thinking and a knack for problem solving.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Deadline driven with excellent multi-tasking abilities.

Compensation & Benefits

The U.S. role offers a monthly base salary of 16,000 with Bain’s competitive benefits package including full coverage of individual medical, dental, and vision premiums. Compensation is competitive and varies by location, experience, and qualifications.
