Extraordinary teams are at the heart of our business strategy, but these don’t happen by chance. They require intentional focus on bringing together a broad set of backgrounds, cultures, experiences, perspectives, and skills in a supportive and inclusive work environment. We hire people with exceptional talent and create an environment in which every individual can thrive professionally and personally.

Who You'll Work With

This full-time hybrid role is based in the Pricing Center of Expertise (CoE) within our Bain Capability Network. The Pricing CoE works closely with Bain case teams globally to provide specialized support in data analysis, pricing strategies, and marketing analytics. The team leverages advanced tools and techniques to deliver actionable insights, ensuring Bain’s clients achieve their goals effectively.

As a Data Analyst, Pricing, you will bring analytical expertise to the team’s output by deploying various tools and techniques to generate actionable insights across pricing and marketing analytics engagements. You will work under the guidance of a Pricing CoE Project Leader or Manager on a day-to-day basis, contributing to both client delivery and pricing-related IP/tools. You will support the team through efficient data analysis, dashboarding, and slide creation, playing a key role in driving overall project output. • Ensure zero-defect analysis in your own work and ensure key questions are answered in a timely manner; proactively flag potential risks or issues to avoid delays.
  • Perform sound reality checks on analyses and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Brainstorm with the Project Leader/Associate on various aspects of project or IP work, including data cleaning, exploratory analysis, and solution development.
  • Help in driving conversations through analytics, including but not limited to:

    • Conducting structured data analysis.
    • Contributing to story-lining of deliverables to prove/disprove hypotheses.
    • Preparing clear, structured, and professional presentations for BCN teams, Bain case teams, and subject matter experts.
  • Consistently seek and provide meaningful and actionable feedback.

About You
