Bain & Company is currently the #1 ranked consulting firm on Glassdoor’s Best Places to Work list and has maintained a spot in the top four since 2009. We believe extraordinary teams are at the heart of our business strategy, fostered through intentional focus on diverse backgrounds, cultures, experiences, perspectives, and skills in a supportive and inclusive environment. We hire exceptional talent and create an environment where every individual can thrive both professionally and personally.

Who You'll Work With

The Bain Capability Network (BCN) Private Equity Group (PEG) CoE offers specialized support to global teams across the private equity value chain, helping clients make crucial investment decisions. Our expertise covers critical diligence questions through products like survey analytics, digital diagnostics, workforce analytics, and disruption assessment. Our teams operate in a fast-paced environment, delivering consistent and impactful results at scale. The BCN PEG has experienced exponential growth, from approximately 10 members in 2013 to around 200 in 2021. We operate across all three regions (APAC, EMEA, and Americas) from our offices in India, Poland, and Mexico, working across diverse industries including Technology, Consumer Products, Retail, and Healthcare. BCN PEG provides an opportunity to solve challenging business problems in a dynamic setup, collaborating closely with global Bain teams and acting as a thought-partner with daily deliverables.
