Team and Role Details

This full-time hybrid role is part of the Bain Capability Network. You will join a collaborative team of 80+ professionals in the Financial Services Centre of Expertise (FS CoE), specializing in Banking, Insurance, Wealth & Asset Management, Payments, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Rapidly understand various financial services sub-sectors, primarily Banking.
• Conduct research, analysis, and generate actionable insights.
• Create Excel models, presentations, and dashboards using tools such as Tableau.
• Support global case teams and contribute to internal knowledge initiatives.
• Communicate findings and insights to both project leads and team members.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record and up to 2 years of experience in financial services — preferably Banking and Payments. Excellent written and spoken English (C1-C2) is required in addition to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with visualization tools like Tableau or programming languages such as Python/R is a plus.

Location and Work Setup

This role is based in our Mexico office and offers a hybrid work arrangement.
