About the role
AI Product Manager/Builder (AI Mobile App)
Baidu USA is seeking an AI Product Manager/Builder for an AI Mobile App in Mountain View, California. This is a contractor, on-site position.
What You Will Do:
- Work on a popular AI mobile consumer application with millions of users in the US, with opportunities to develop and build new AI consumer apps.
- Define and drive the integration of AI Agents and multimodal AI capabilities (text, voice, image, etc.) into existing or new consumer mobile products to deliver significant user value.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to prototype, test, and launch AI-powered features and agent-driven experiences.
- Be comfortable with vibe coding prototypes independently to rapidly validate concepts.
- Own the complete product lifecycle, including problem definition, product requirements, prioritization, experimentation, launch, and iteration.
- Utilize data, user feedback, and market insights for continuous optimization of product engagement and retention.
- Be available to work on-site at least 4 days a week in our Mountain View office.

- Mandatory proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin.
- Demonstrated experience in independently building or vibe coding 0→1 live web or mobile products that are publicly usable, including UI/UX design and shipping functional experiences beyond mere prototypes.
- A deep passion for AI and a strong technical understanding of modern AI systems such as LLMs, AI Agents, and multimodal AI (voice/image/video generation).
- Ability to translate AI capabilities into tangible consumer product experiences.
- A builder mindset with strong product intuition, comfortable working closely with engineers or independently building and iterating products without engineering support.
