What you'll be doing:

Lead the Project Control delivery for the ESCAN Retro monthly reporting requirements. Establish and maintain strong stakeholder relationships while ensuring consistent communication across internal teams. Handle CAM project control tasks including ERFs bid generation, monthly reporting, and monitoring risks, opportunities, dependencies, and resources.

Collaboration & Governance:

Work alongside the SDU Project Control teams to embed Project Management/Control principles and governance across the ESCAN Retro programme. Ensure adherence to the Operational Framework and LCM mandates through continuous improvement and tailored procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Planning Analytics, EAC, and ETC spends with monthly reporting.
• Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Be a voice of influence supporting the wider programme strategic activities within the Air Project Control Community.

Your skills and experiences:

Essentials: Proven experience in Project Control and Governance, excellent communication skills, ability to drive project delivery, and experience in managing conflicting priorities. Experience with developing apprentices is also required.

Desirables: Knowledge of the BAES Typhoon programme, familiarity with the E&I Governance and Project Control Framework, skills in Tableau, PM Compass, Excel, Jira, or Confluence, and a proven ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
