Business Systems Development and Test Manager

Location: Samlesbury. Hybrid and flexible working arrangements available.

Salary: £61,110

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead Software Development and Test teams for varied applications.
  • Ensure quality, efficiency, and timely project delivery.
  • Collaborate with Business Systems Competency Centre managers and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain adherence to organizational policies, procedures and overall IM&T strategy.
  • Provide expert technical advice and execute specialized tasks.

Your skills and experiences:

  • Management experience of software development teams
  • Experience delivering solutions to end users
  • Test management across complex and multi-application projects
  • Strong prioritization, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Proven stakeholder management and SDLC exposure
