Working across 10 countries, the Business Consultant role supports client transformation by delivering planned change and benefits. The role is integral to the full lifecycle of projects and programmes, from visioning to sustainability.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will support business transformations at an existing Government client. Responsibilities include:

• Leading analysis and client engagement on project sections.
• Facilitating workshops, conducting interviews, and capturing stakeholder insights.
• Planning, presenting core data, and coaching junior team members.
• Implementing business justification, change planning, and sustainability measures.
• Applying project management principles such as risk and resource management.
