About the Role

The Business Analyst works closely with clients to bridge the gap between client needs and technical delivery. This individual supports process improvement, requirements gathering, and data analysis to implement effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, lead and facilitate effective workshops
  • Conduct requirements gathering, process and data analysis
  • Manage client engagement and stakeholder analysis
  • Identify improvement areas and support solution implementation
  • Oversee junior colleagues and contribute to sales initiatives

Skills & Experience Required

Ability to lead project analysis, conduct workshops, perform stakeholder mapping and engage in process improvements. Experience with Borders and Law Enforcement customers is advantageous.
