Program Manager

Job Overview

Join BAE Systems as a Program Manager and work within the Identification Friend or Foe (IFF) group. You will contribute to the development and production of Combat Identification Systems for US government and international applications.

Role Responsibilities

In the realm of C4ISR solutions, you will:

• Perform project management tasks from initiation to completion.
• Track project progress against financial, schedule, technical and new business objectives.
• Coordinate and manage multiple projects from planning through execution.
• Support new business development and strategic/financial planning.
• Exhibit sound judgment and effective interpersonal skills.

Work Environment

This is a hybrid role requiring both onsite and remote work, providing flexibility while maintaining engagement with your team.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Experience in Aerospace or a similar field.
• Background in project management or related disciplines.
• Risk and Opportunity management experience.
• Strong leadership, problem solving, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years experience or Master’s degree with 2+ years experience.
• Continued experience in risk management and opportunity analysis.
