Overview

Role Responsibilities

This analyst will work in a classified setting to understand and improve the judgement and decision making of individuals, groups, and organizations by applying psychological principles to business, analytic, and other decision-making processes.

  • Assist in policy planning and workflow procedures testing and evaluation.
  • Redesign analytic workflows and help with training and development.
  • Collaborate with management to modify workflows for improved productivity and analytic judgement.
