Overview
BAE Systems, Inc. is seeking a Lead OSINT Policy and Governance Support Specialist to manage a team, serve as a key liaison to DIA Government Staff, and provide guidance within the OSINT Policy & Governance Support Team.
Responsibilities
The role includes but is not limited to:
- Managing a team of contractors and ensuring quality operations.
- Serving as the primary liaison to DIA Government Staff.
- Collaborating with OSINT SMEs across the DIA OSINT Program, DoD, IC, and FVEY nations.
- Providing leadership and ensuring timely delivery of programmatic artifacts.
- Optimizing all team resources to enhance mission efficiency.
Required Education, Experience & Skills
Applicants must have at least 12 years of experience in policy development, coordination, and compliance, preferably within government or intelligence settings, along with an MS in Public Policy or Law.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a dynamic and diverse team environment.
- Skill in developing policy based on DoD and IC manuals and directives.
- Familiarity with the Defense Open Source Council.
Compensation & Benefits
The full-time salary range is $130,355 to $221,603. Benefits include health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), disability coverage, life and accident insurance, various leave programs and additional employee incentives.
