Role: Business Consultant

This role is based in London with hybrid and flexible working arrangements. As a Business Consultant, you will support client transformation and deliver planned change and benefit across the full project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Support business change from initial visioning to sustainability.
• Engage with Programme and Project Managers and stakeholders.
• Lead client and internal workshops and interviews.
• Plan, define, and deliver business consulting projects.
• Coach junior staff and deliver training sessions.
• Apply project management principles including risk and resource management.

Additional Information

This role requires security and export control clearance, including Baseline Personnel Security Standard and potentially higher levels of National Security Vetting.
